On November 17th to 19th some of our Company and Seniors went to Coopers Mill
with our great friends from 1st Lye.
We had cold but dry weather which enabled us to do plenty of outddor games and activities.
There was 9 boys attending and they slept indoors as did the staff as we didnt fancy waking up freezing. All the lads got on great together and friendships renewed and the staff were able to get to know the lads more.
There was a football match on Saturday with Kidderminster playing Lye and this ended as as a win for Kidderminster. Sunday it rained and rained and rained a bit more but we were warm indoors. The Sunday afternoon saw us packing up and looking forward to heating that you could push a button, hot baths and no mud. But who cares about the cold and mud when you 're having a great time.
The closing comment of the camp was......Are we doing the same next year / of course we will..............
